New year, new opportunity

New year and new resolutions! We enter 2023 with good intentions and a desire to improve in different areas of our lives. But to achieve this, we must consider a few tricks to improve our organization and planning.

The month of January is always a bit chaotic, we come from holidays and family meals, the closing of the year, company dinners and many events. We must pause to organize everything that comes before us in the coming months and define our purpose and challenges. We leave you with a few tricks to make it a more manageable task:

 

1. Create your annual calendar

Do you have a calendar for 2023 yet? It so, you can start writing down those important dates of each year so that we don’t forget them: birthdays, holidays, professional events, family events, visits, meetings… And if you don’t have them yet, don’t wait any longer!

 

 

2. Launching agenda

The agenda is always the best ally year after year for the organization of daily tasks. You just must choose the one that best suits your preferences. It’s important that the agenda is useful to you. That’s why you should choose the most suitable size according to the job you have, and the characteristics according to your preferences. You’ll use it many times this year!

 

 

3. A place for everything

Having a nice desk to look at is beneficial for good organization and helps when working. Store the materials in cupboards, all holders or organizers to keep the desk tidy and clean. Like this, it will help your peace of mind and your productivity.

 

 

4. Task planner

For those who need to keep track of every minute of their day to day, a planner is essential for this 2023. If you lead a busy life, with many tasks, it’s important to make a daily list so you don’t lose detail!

 

 

5. Carry you notes always with you

It often happens to us that at the least opportune moment we are faced with an important task that we must do. Carrying a small notebook always with us, will help us not to get lost and write down the tasks we did not remember.

 

 

These are just a few tips for better organization of our day to day, maybe some already applied them or others you never got to do. This is the time to start!
